I was welcomed with a refreshing drink and enjoyed the air conditioning. The room had a lovely balcony, perfect for relaxing after a day out. A couple of minor issues included some noisy trains and an outdated bathroom, but overall, I’ll definitely recommend this hotel!

I recently enjoyed a romantic escape at this hotel and loved the location! It’s super close to the vibrant Old Quarter, making it easy to explore. The staff was really friendly and accommodating too; they even let us check in early, which was a nice touch. Our room had a decent view, and the area was generally quiet, providing a nice escape from the hustle and bustle.

Not everything was perfect. The room lacked the promised amenities, and the bedding wasn’t as comfortable as I'd hoped.

This hotel blew my mind! Super friendly staff organized airport transfer. Quiet room with powerful A/C. Incredibly clean, hard mattress for the win, and close to dining options. Staff was SO HELPFUL, allowing payment delay. Great location for exploring on foot!

Hanoi Prime Garden Hotel & Spa is an excellent place for discovering Hanoi with very friendly and incredibly accommodating staff at the reception. the location in Hoan Kiem district is amazing, being near the center as well as the old quarter. It's also conveniently close to the center.
